What is Hypnotherapy?

What Hypnotherapy is not?
Hypnotherapy does not involve the therapist controlling your mind, nor does it entail any form of magical power over you. It is not a method for inducing sleep, although the hypnotic language employed can lead to a profound state of relaxation.
